A skill in which the user begins to gather a wide amount of moisture from the air. Within the air, more and more water comes together being materialized by the users chakra. Coming together, it makes this large pillar of water within the sky, often going unnoticed by the opponent. The user then waits for the oppurtune moment, and sends the pillar crashing down in order to smash the opponent in an incredible amount of force.
